Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Speedway Driving School website and booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.

Services Offered

Speedway Driving School offers the following services:

• Knowledge Exam - Written test preparation and examination
• Driving Exam - Behind-the-wheel driving test
• Test Simulator - Interactive online practice and testing simulator
• 4-Hour Course - State-approved driver improvement course

Booking and Cancellation Policy

When you book an appointment with us:

• You will receive a confirmation email with your appointment details
• You must bring valid identification to your appointment
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment
• Refunds may be issued at the sole discretion of Speedway Driving School

Payment Terms

Online payments for services such as the Test Simulator are processed through Stripe, a secure payment processor. Payment must be completed at the time of purchase.

For in-office services such as Knowledge Exams and Driving Exams, payment is collected at the office on the day of your appointment. Accepted payment methods at the office include Cash, Credit/Debit Card, and Zelle.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time, and prices are subject to change without notice. Prices displayed on our website reflect the most current rates. If you have questions about pricing, please contact us at (305) 364-5676.

Refunds are subject to our cancellation policy as outlined above.

Test Simulator Access

Upon purchase of our Test Simulator package, you will receive:

• 7 days of full access to the simulator platform
• Access is non-transferable and for personal use only
• One account per purchase
• Access will be revoked after 7 days automatically

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials.

Exam Retake Policy

If you do not pass your exam:

• Free retakes are offered if you took the exam with Speedway Driving School
• You are allowed to take the exam up to three times with a TPA (Third Party Administrator) and unlimited times at the Tax Collector's office
• If you fail twice at the Tax Collector's office, you will have only one remaining attempt with a TPA
• Retakes must be scheduled within 30 days of your initial exam

Limitation of Liability

Speedway Driving School provides services on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that you will pass any exam or achieve any specific outcome. Students are responsible for their own performance and preparation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Speedway Driving School and its instructors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services following the posting of revised terms means that you accept and agree to the changes. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for updates.
