Here's what to expect on exam day:
- Live preparation class (~2½ hours) — covers road signs, traffic laws, and safe driving practices

The knowledge exam can only be taken in English. However, our preparation class is taught in both English and Spanish, and our website and study materials are fully available in both languages to help you prepare. If you have any further questions, please contact our office at (305) 364-5676.
We're open Monday through Saturday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays. Driving exam appointments start at 10:00 AM on weekdays and 9:00 AM on Saturdays.

Don't worry — you can retake the exam! Here's what you need to know:
- If you took the exam with us the first time, retaking it is completely free (both knowledge and driving exams)
- You can take the exam up to 3 times with a TPA and unlimited times at the Tax Collector's office
- If you fail twice at the Tax Collector's office, you'll only have 1 remaining attempt with a TPA
- We recommend using our practice quiz with 250+ questions to prepare before your next attempt
