- Messages, attachments, and account identifiers you send through Facebook Messenger, Instagram, or WhatsApp
How We Use Your Information

- Classify and route messaging inquiries, prevent duplicate replies, and help our staff follow up
Messaging and AI-Assisted Support
When you contact Speedway Driving School through Facebook Messenger, Instagram, or WhatsApp, Meta may provide us with your message content, attachments, message time, delivery data, and an identifier for your account on that platform. We use this data to respond to your inquiry, route it to the appropriate staff member, and maintain conversation context.
Our AI-assisted messaging tools may identify the topic of an inquiry, retrieve approved business information, and prepare or send a response. These tools do not connect to any official testing system, do not make licensing decisions, and are not used during any official exam. Complaints, refund requests, legal matters, document problems, and unusual cases are routed to staff.
You may ask to speak with a person at any time. Speedway does not sell your conversations or use them to create advertising profiles.
Payment Processing
For online services such as the Test Simulator, payments are processed securely through Stripe, our trusted payment processor. Speedway Driving School does not store, process, or have access to your credit card information. Online payments are encrypted and handled in compliance with PCI-DSS security standards.
For in-office services such as Knowledge Exams and Driving Exams, payment is collected at our office on the day of your appointment. Accepted payment methods include Cash, Credit/Debit Card, and Zelle.
Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes described in this policy. You may request deletion by emailing speedwaydrivingschoolcorp@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" or by calling (305) 364-5676. Include your name, the platform you used, and the approximate date of the communication so we can locate the data. After verifying the request, we will delete eligible records within 30 days, except where the law requires us to retain them. Disconnecting an account or deleting a conversation on a platform does not necessarily delete records already received by Speedway.
Third-Party Services
We share certain information with trusted third-party service providers who help us operate our business. These providers fall into the following categories:
- Payment Processing: We use a secure payment processor (Stripe) to handle transactions. Your payment information is sent directly to the processor and is never stored on our servers.
- Communications: We use Meta Platforms (Facebook Messenger, Instagram, and WhatsApp), SMS and email providers, and AI and cloud providers to receive inquiries, prepare responses, and send confirmations, reminders, and updates. These providers process data only to provide the services we use.
- Hosting & Data Storage: We use secure cloud-based services (Supabase, Render) to store booking records and manage appointments.
- Insurance Quotes (Tribas Insurance): If you request an auto insurance quote through our Free Quote page, we share the contact and vehicle information you provide with Tribas Insurance — an independent insurance brokerage — for the sole purpose of providing you a quote. This sharing only occurs after you check the explicit consent box on the quote form. Speedway Driving School may receive a referral fee from Tribas Insurance for leads that result in policies. You can withdraw your consent at any time by calling us at (305) 364-5676 or emailing speedwaydrivingschoolcorp@gmail.com.
All service providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and may only use it for the purposes described above. Apart from the insurance-quote referral flow described above — for which we obtain your explicit, granular consent and may receive a referral fee — we do not sell or share your personal information with any third party.
SMS / Text Messaging
When you provide your phone number while booking an appointment or signing up for a class, you consent to receive text messages from Speedway Driving School related to your appointment: booking confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling notices, and post-visit follow-ups. Message frequency varies depending on your appointments. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and get assistance by replying HELP or calling (305) 364-5676. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never sold or shared with any third party; the information above regarding sharing with service providers (our messaging delivery provider) applies solely to enabling us to send you the messages described here.
